I accept payment through PAYPAL or cheque
Payment can be made by PAYPAL via your Paypal account or using any credit or debit card. The checkout is powered by pay-pal so you can be sure it is secure! I never see any of the details you enter at checkout except your name and address and the products you have purchased.

If you would like to pay by cheque, please send me an email to confirm your order. Please make your cheque payable to Sarah Edgar. Your order will be put into production as soon as the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
UK Deliveries
I use Royal Mail for all my deliveries and your order will be sent by First Class Post.
All UK deliveries under £24.99 are £2.50 per delivery address. For orders over £24.99 it is £3.95.
If your address is Non UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas, please email me as additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery times for UK purchases are normally between 2 to 14 days, depending upon what is ordered and whether it is in stock. However, during peak ordering times like Christmas there might be a slight delay, if this is the case I will notify you immediately. If you need your order Urgently, please do get in touch as I'll always try to help
All Personalised Buntings and other Custom Orders, including Little House Pillows are posted within 21 days of receipt of payment. Again, if you need your order quicker than this, please do let me know and I'll do my very best for you!
Goods will be lovingly packed in tissue paper then securely wrapped for transit.
I am sorry but I accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, although I always obtain proof of postage and keep all certificates and receipts as PROOF to you that it was genuinely sent. I will insure goods if asked to do so at time of order, at additional cost, if the service is available
If an item you have received is damaged, please inform me within 48 hours of delivery
All shipping charges are final and when you pay for your items you agree to the shipping fees and methods of postage
Urgent Orders
I can also post your order using Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day delivery, which is £6.95
per UK delivery address. Please note that next day delivery is only available on weekdays. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you would like this service or you require Saturday delivery please contact me prior to purchase to arrange.
International Deliveries
I frequently post overseas!
Postage is charged at the above UK rates plus a £2.50 handling fee for every delivery address based outside the UK. Simply select your country at checkout and this will automatically be added to you cart.
If you are in a hurry, there are Priority Mail options available, please contact me for a
quote.
International purchases will be sent by Airmail. ( I am unable to track or estimate delivery date, If you require your purchase to be given priority handling, please let me know at time of order and I can adjust postage to include Airsure® or International Signed For) Buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. I cannot accept responsibility for international orders that are held up in customs.
Returns
I take great pride in my work and I am sure that you will be completely happy with your LITTLE KITTEN HOMEMADE purchase.
I offer a fair returns policy in line with the Distance Selling Regulations and would ask that you NOTIFY me of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and I will happily refund you.
Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on my part. I will not however make a refund for the return postage, that is your responsibility.
Items must be returned in their original condition, if the items are received back damaged (other than postal damage) then only a part refund will be made. When returning items, I would recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
As you would expect, all my Personalised Products are made to order and unless faulty are non-refundable.
